Coming Together As One Club

Our Mission:

CTAO, or Coming Together As One, is a diversity club is made up of students who have a desire to learn about other backgrounds and the differences that are among us.  Our mission is to learn about diversity, accept and show understanding in each other’s stories, and celebrate our differences.  Another aspect of this club is positivity, since attitude is a part of each and every one of us, and affects our outlook on our differences.  At club meetings, we will discuss how we can learn about diversity in our school, community, and today’s society.  Club events will also be discussed at these meetings.  We have different themes of diversity that we focus on each month.
