Lisle CUSD #202 Cafeteria Plan Summary Plan Description and Plan Sponsor Certification
Lisle Community Unit School District #202 sponsors a Cafeteria Plan, or "Flexible Benefits Plan", which provides participants an opportunity to receive certain benefits on a pretax basis. Employees who participate in the District 202 medical, dental, vision, and life insurance programs have their portion of the premiums deducted from their pay on a pretax basis as a result of this program. The Plan also includes a Health Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account. The Summary Plan Description (SPD) can be used as a resource for participants.
